Most business spaces are designed to keep you either overwhelmed or constantly producing.
The Tending Studio is designed to keep you in relationship with what you are here to make.
Because the work you are carrying was never just a content problem, a consistency problem, a niche problem, a productivity problem, or a “you need to get over yourself” problem.
It was never going to be solved by another calendar, another funnel, another content pillar, another launch plan, another batch-your-posts-and-call-it-liberation strategy from someone who does not live in your body.
They tell you to “just choose one thing” when the issue was never that you lacked ideas. It was that no one taught you how to choose without amputating all the complexity that makes your work alive.
They tell you to “be consistent” when consistency without devotion is just compliance with better branding.
They tell you to “ship it before you’re ready” when your body is still trying to understand whether it is safe to let the work become visible, wanted, judged, ignored, misunderstood, or real.
They tell you to “stop overthinking” when what you are actually doing is trying to locate the thread that feels true enough to stand on.
They tell you to “build the offer” when what you are really trying to build is enough internal authority to let the offer belong to you.
They tell you to “be more visible” without ever asking what kind of attention your body can metabolize.
They tell you to “take messy action” as if your hesitation is always fear, and never discernment.
And somewhere between finding your niche, refining your message, writing your sales page, optimizing your launch plan, proving your expertise, and trying to become the kind of person who can hold it all together, the actual work got buried.
The work with a pulse.
The work that keeps returning.
The work that could only exist because you exist.
The Tending Studio is not here to make you louder, faster, shinier, more optimized, or more palatable to the machine.
It is here to give your body of work a room. A rhythm. A practice. A place where you can choose what matters, make it real, bring it into contact, and stay with what happens next.
Because you are done ghosting the work that already knows your name.
You are not here to be witnessed in your stuckness forever. You are here to be met with care and called back into agency. You are here to move from processing into practice.
This is the threshold.
There comes a point where more processing does not create more clarity.
It just becomes another room to stay inside.
Another beautiful map of the same stuck place.
Another language system for why the work has not moved yet.
Another way to understand the ache without choosing what comes next.
The Tending Studio begins at the threshold where understanding is no longer enough.
Where the work is asking for movement.

Where your body of work is asking to leave the private room and begin meeting the world.
You do not need to be perfectly healed.
You do not need to be fully clear.
You do not need to have resolved every pattern around visibility, attention, perfectionism, fear, or pressure.
But you do need to be willing to move.
To choose.
To build.
To share.
To let something become real.
To stay present when it does.

So often, our visibility, marketing, and leadership are built from two disconnected or fragmented truths:
“This is what’s good for my business.”

The Somatics of Being Seen is built around The Body-Led Visibility Framework which is my three-part method for transforming visibility into a practice of partnership with your nervous system.
Across three days, we’ll move through the core stages of the framework: awareness, safety, and stretch.

The Somatics of Being Seen is that practice, a thoughtfully designed space where we move beyond understanding the nervous system to working with it in real time.
Over three days, you’ll explore how safety, stretch, and strategy can coexist and how to build a visibility rhythm that your body can sustain as your work grows.
Instead of layering on more strategy, we’ll practice letting your nervous system lead. You’ll learn to notice your edges, tend to what feels tender, and widen your range for being witnessed without losing your centre.
Every element has been intentionally designed to help you find your own body-based way forward in visibility.

These three sessions follow The Body-Led Visibility Framework which is a simple yet profound arc to support you in:
ONE: Understanding what being seen feels like in your body (awareness)
TWO: Building the ground of nervous-system safety (safety)
THREE: Expanding your capacity to be witnessed without losing yourself (stretch)
Visibility begins in sensation. Before a single word is written or shared, your body is already responding to being perceived, followed, watched, and received.
You’ll explore:
How the digital gaze lands in your body.
The somatic story your system holds around exposure or witness.
How to interpret your body’s signals as information, not resistance.
Practice: Mapping Your Somatic Cues
You’ll build your personal somatic vocabulary for visibility naming the cues, sensations, and responses that show up when you are seen.

Safety is the foundation for sustainable expression. Once we can feel what visibility evokes, we begin resourcing the body so it can stay present, steady, and self-led through it.
You’ll explore:
How to listen for and interpret your body’s cues around safety and exposure.
Ways to cultivate a felt sense of safety that allows you to show up without armoring.
Nervous system rhythms and rituals that help you stay with yourself while being seen.
Practice: Rooting Into Safety
You’ll design your personal safety baseline which are a repeatable set of cues, anchors, and grounding practices that let your body trust the experience of being seen.
Stretch happens after safety. Real expansion isn’t forcing visibility ,it’s meeting the edge with enough internal resource to stay with yourself as you grow.
You’ll explore:
How to discern the subtle thresholds between comfort, stretch, and overwhelm and learn to meet each with choice and curiosity.
Ways to expand your visibility without collapsing, performing, or losing connection to yourself.
How to design capacity-based systems that adapt and evolve with your nervous system as you and your work grow.
Practice: Designing Your Visibility Rhythms
You’ll map the edges of your visibility and shape body-aligned rhythms of showing up that supports both your safety and your growth.
Session Three: The Stretch: Expanding Capacity
